Shipping and Returns
Thank you for your order! If the product does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, no problem! Our shipping and return policies are clear, transparent, and as simple as described below.
Delivery Times
The products you have chosen will be shipped within 2-3 business days, from Tuesday to Friday, excluding holidays. With the shipping confirmation, you will receive the necessary information for tracking your shipment.
Shipping Costs
Packages within Switzerland are shipped via A-Post and cost a standard CHF 9.00. For shipments abroad, we use UPS, which is charged at a flat rate of CHF 45.00.
Customs and VAT
Our prices are in Swiss Francs and include VAT. For deliveries outside of Switzerland, Swiss VAT will be deducted at checkout. Please note that additional customs and VAT charges may apply for deliveries outside of Switzerland. These will be billed directly to you by the customs authorities or the importing country. We have no influence over this billing.
Returns
Goods delivered to Switzerland can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the cost of return shipping must be borne by you. Deliveries outside of Switzerland cannot be returned.
Refunds and Conditions
After inspecting the returned goods, we will refund you the amount. Glasses may be tried on as part of a normal fitting, as in a store. However, the items must not be worn outside the delivery address. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the goods are damaged due to improper handling, they cannot be returned.
Procedure for Returns

Additional Notes for Returns
- Please include a copy of the email correspondence with customer service with your return.
- Ensure that the return is adequately postage-paid to avoid additional charges.

Exceptions
Please note that certain products are excluded from returns, including, for example, personalized products, etc.
Processing Time
The processing of the return may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your return has been processed.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the goods were damaged or defective upon receipt.
