General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via the online shop of EYEBRANDS (hereinafter referred to as "Shop"). By placing an order, the customer acknowledges these GTC.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when the shop accepts the customer's order through an order confirmation or by delivering the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices listed are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs may be added to the prices, which will be displayed during the ordering process. See Shipping and Returns for more information.
5. Payment
Payment can be made via [payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, GPay, ApplePay, ShopPay]. The customer is required to pay the invoice amount in full before the goods can be shipped. All payments must be made in CHF currency. Any exchange rate fees or bank charges incurred during the payment process are the responsibility of the customer.

5.3 Refunds
Any refunds will be credited to the original payment method used. If a refund is not possible for technical reasons, an alternative solution will be offered.
5.4 Fees for Specific Payment Methods
Certain payment methods may incur additional fees, which will be indicated during the order process. The customer is asked to review these before completing the order.
6. Delivery
In general, the delivery conditions of the Shipping and Returns policy apply. Additional clarifications are made with the following points:
6.1 Delivery to Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during the order is correct. EYEBRANDS Shops GmbH assumes no liability for deliveries that cannot be made due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee determined by us. In addition to this fee, the customer is responsible for the costs of reshipping the order.
6.2 Stolen Packages
EYEBRANDS Shops GmbH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by our shipping provider. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered to the specified address, but you have not received it, please contact your local authorities to report the theft. The customer is responsible for ensuring the security of the package after it has been delivered.
6.3 Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address before completing the order. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, which means there is only a small window of time to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct the address, but we cannot guarantee that the change can be made in time before the package is shipped.
6.4 Disclaimer for the Shipping Provider
Once the package is handed over to the shipping provider, EYEBRANDS Shops GmbH assumes no liability for transportation, including any damages or delays that may occur during shipping. Shipping is at the customer's risk.
6.5 Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may be excluded from refunds or returns. These items will be marked as "non-refundable" or "final sale" on our website and in the order information.
7. Warranty and Guarantee
7.1 General Provisions
We guarantee that the delivered products are free from defects and conform to the contractual specifications at the time of delivery. The statutory warranty period is two years from the date of delivery.
7.2 Exclusion of Withdrawal and Price Reduction
In the event of a defect, our obligations are limited to remedying the defect or replacing the defective product. Withdrawal from the contract (rescission) and price reduction are excluded.
7.3 Notice of Defects
The buyer is required to inspect the products immediately upon receipt for defects and notify us in writing of any defects within [e.g., 7 days]. Otherwise, the product is considered accepted.
